We're making Ty's reservation now-

in the ER for the week before he turns 3. It's become a family tradition. (Remember Halle's Tylenol overdose?)

Last night I rushed Cate to the local ER at 2:30 am- she was wheezing and having trouble getting air. It was so scary. They rushed her in and immediately put a mask on her for breathing treatments. She was such a brave little thing. They gave her two shots and she really didn't cry- just glared at the nurses. They released her at 8:30 this morning. It was six hours that felt like six days.*They're not sure exactly what happened. It was either just her body's reaction to the cold that she's been fighting or maybe some kind of allergic reaction to something. They ruled out pneumonia. They did not rule out asthma. So pray that it's not that. Just like last time, I spend the night praying and so so so thankful that our kids are healthy.I hope, I pray, that we NEVER have to do that again. The only cool thing of the whole night?? Cate now has her very own "hospital bear":And let me tell you, the general consensus is- Cate's bear is WAY cooler. Because it "has more pink." Things are on the way back to normal. :)

*The pics from the hospital are from my phone. Don't think that I dragged my camera in there with me- I'm not THAT bad. And that oxygen thing was about the only thing that Cate just hated, and cried about. They eventually took it out to make her happy.
