I hear the funniest things when I'm standing in the kitchen cooking.
Tonight as I got everything ready to grill I heard Halle instructing Cate, "Okay, Cate. It's time to sit down for our Bible story. Cate. CATE. Sit down. SIT DOWN!"
At that point I had to intervene, fearing that Halle would force her to sit and Cate would retaliate (something she has become very good at in the last week or so.)
Here is what I found:
Halle put books and bases on the floor so "everyone" would have a spot to sit on for "church." Cate even cooperated for a few seconds. Unfortunately as soon as Halle sat down to read, Cate was up and gone:
After "church", Halle and Josh (JD's buddy who came by to eat with us before FCA camp) jumped the babies:
What a trooper you are, Josh! Not too many grown men would humor a 3 year old like you did! You'll officially be on Halle's good list for a long time. :)
