We've been taking lunch to the gym to eat with JD and run around in the air conditioning (It is HOT around here.) 
Today Cate *somehow* ended up topless. Oh well, like I said- it's hot. And she's 3. And goofy.
Lately the girls have wanted to 'have practice'- so The Coach puts them through some simple drills:
Halle is getting better and better at dribbling. She can almost make it from sideline to sideline without picking it up!

Cate doesn't usually last too long before she's hanging onto my feet or doing something equally mystifying:

We're so lucky to have a gym. An air-conditioned gym. And a Coach who loves for us to come play. :)
