The girls and I got to go to Ripley High School's production of Beauty and the Beast. We LOVED it. They did such a good job. It was a very stormy night- we had to run through drenching rain to get to and from the car. Luckily we were inside when it hailed!
I even splurged and let the girls get a light-up rose that "helped the Beast turn into a prince."

Our plan was to take Halle to the Broadway production of Beauty and the Beast that will be in Memphis on her birthday. Sadly, we just found out that they won't admit anyone under 6 (she will be turning 5.) So, I'm very glad we braved the rain to see it at the High School!!
. . Also, if you wonder why I've been absent lately- those storms last week zapped our wireless router which was installed in the basement (long, dumb story) and we just got hooked back up! JD and I were amazed at how much we take the internet for granted. It was like we no longer knew how to find out the weather or use a telephone book without the computers working! :)
