Cate: "Papa plays FOOTBALL?!"Me: "No. He coaches football."
Cate: "Oh. He wears a tie?!"
Me: (laughing at the idea) "No. He doesn't wear a tie."
Cate: (confused) "He coaches? He doesn't wear a tie?"
Me: "Wearing a tie doesn't mean you're coaching. It's just the only time Daddy wears one."
Cate: "Oh." (still confused)
Me: "You don't get it do you?"
Cate: (on her way out of the kitchen) "Ummmm. Nope."
And for the record- we ALL love the coach.
